By the grace of God and for His glory, our mission is to lead people from unbelief to mature, joyful faith in Jesus Christ.

Welcome to the website of Presbyterian Church of the Atonement!
We are so glad you decided to visit. The people of Atonement are growing in vital, personal relationships with Christ and each other. On any given Sunday you will see people who are just deciding whether to begin the journey of faith, others who are mature and joyful Christians, and many who are in-between. There is a place for you at Church of Atonement!  We invite you to join with us as we worship our Lord this Sunday.

Athens: Paul's Dangerous Journey to Share the Truth

“Rekindled Overture” Premiere on June 29, 2013
By the grace of God and for His glory, my “Rekindled Overture” will be performed by the Symphony Orchestra of Arlington (SOA) on 6/29/13 at 7:30 PM. The concert will take place at the George Washington Masonic Memorial, located at 101 Callahan Drive, Alexandria, VA  22301.

I invite the congregation of Atonement to join me as we honor and enjoy Christ’s beautiful gift of music. Ticket information and further details will come later. Composed in recent years, I have been constantly inspired by the music ministry at Atonement and am indebted especially to Keri Jacobs for her encouragement as I converted my piano version to electronic form for Jeff Dokken (SOA conductor/music director) to
orchestrate. - Bill Burdett

The Paintings of Rembrandt at the Church of Atonement
Church of Atonement's Rembrandt collection includes nine reproductions of key biblical scenes. The paintings are on displayed in Narthex, Chapel, and Alcove on the main level. We invite you to stroll among the paintings and imagine what it would be like if you had been there and witnessed the events. Rembrandt's paintings are very powerful and passionate depictions of important events recorded in God's Word.   View the Collection
