Over the past three years, God has blessed Atonement with an abundance of amazing families. This growth has led to a youth ministry with nearly fifty students (6th-12th) in our congregation. As a result, we are seeking a Director of Youth Ministry (DYM) to join our team with an incredible passion for leading students to know and love Christ and be transformed by His presence in their lives. The DYM will use their gifts and passion to help our church effectively reach and build dynamic relationships with our 50 students, their parents, and the whole congregation in a metropolitan context. We need this person to lead with with creativity, competence, and compassion, being eager to encourage our teams and members to be present and active in the lives of our students.
