"God never calls his people to stay where they are, as they are. On the road of obedience, whether personal or corporate, God calls us all to change. Ephesians 4 tells us that the Church is to grow so that it might attain the “measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.” That means we will never stop changing and growing until that happens. There will always be a new thing God asks of us until Christ returns. Our job is to make ourselves ready to obey his leading to that new thing."
